Round 2 Asthma Mitigation Project funding available - The Center at Sierra Health Foundation Round 2 Asthma Mitigation Project funding available The Center is seeking applications from organizations such as community-based organizations, local health departments, community-based health care providers and Medi-Cal managed care organizations that will work on specific culturally and linguistically appropriate asthma home visiting programs.
With grants up to $350,000 over two years, this funding opportunity will support asthma home visiting services, including education and environmental trigger mitigation. Proposals are due by April 20 at 1 p. m.
