Frequently Asked Questions How many proposals can an organization submit? A lead organization can only submit one proposal in response to this RFP. However, an organization may be included as a team member on multiple proposals.

If my organization received a grant award from the ATI Foundation, am I eligible to submit a proposal to this cycle? Organizations that have previously received ATI Foundation grant funding are eligible to apply; however, proposals must demonstrate clear progress toward long-term sustainability and outline how the proposed work builds beyond prior support.

Our goal is to scale what works without duplicating effort or creating dependency. Does a previous charitable donation or sponsorship from Advanced Technology International or the ATI Foundation make an organization ineligible to submit a grant proposal? No. The grant program is to fund specific projects focused on the objectives outlined in the RFP.

A charitable donation or sponsorship is provided to qualified non-profits in support of general operations. If I have a proposal in reserve from the last cycle that was not awarded, am I eligible to resubmit it for consideration? Yes, but please take the opportunity to update the proposal as needed to align with the current RFP.

Can Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools be used to prepare my proposal? Yes. AI can be a helpful tool to improve clarity, structure, and conciseness.

However, proposals should reflect the direct input, expertise, and intent of the applying organization. Proposal content should reflect an authentic understanding of the issues and the people that will be supported. If you choose to use AI, please take the extra time and make the added effort to reveal your genuine comprehension by offering insights that software cannot deliver.

The lead organization is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their submission. As part of the application, the lead organization must confirm the following: If any portion of this grant application was prepared using artificial intelligence (AI) tools or services, the applicant affirms that all content has been thoroughly reviewed and reflects their organization’s work, goals, and commitments.

The applicant accepts full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of the information submitted, regardless of how it was generated. Will you make grant awards outside of South Carolina? Yes, grant awards have and will continue to occur outside South Carolina.

Per the RFP, “In the event two or more proposals score equally, preference will be given to proposals from South Carolina based organizations and/or those that have a greater impact in South Carolina. ” Will there be another grant cycle later this year? A determination on whether to release another grant RFP later this year will be made based on the number of proposals received and availability of funds.

If selected for award, what terms will the resulting agreement include? The template for the grant award can be found here . The Statement of Work will be developed if selected.

Where do I submit the proposal? Proposals must be submitted using the submission form available at https://www. ati-foundation.

org/grant-program . Proposals will not be accepted via email or postal service. Will you consider late proposal submissions?

In fairness to organizations that submit by the deadline, late proposals will not be considered. Submit early!
