United Way of Greater Stark County United Way of Greater Stark County Offers an Auto Repair Program through a partnership with the Department of Job & Family Services Offers a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) to help individuals file free tax returns A partnership between United Way of Greater Stark County and Department of Job & Family Services to help employed parents pay for car repairs to get back on the road.
The program offers up to $2000 in assistance to pay for services performed by ASE-certified mechanics. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) A service from United Way of Greater Stark County that utilizes IRS-certified volunteers to help individuals file tax returns for free, looking for all possible deductions and credits.
