With access to capital, expert mentorship, and a collaborative community, Auxilium provides an environment where founders can fully dedicate themselves to what matters most, bringing their ideas to life. We’re looking for ambitious, creative entrepreneurs who are ready to fully commit to their venture. If you have a compelling idea, a clear vision, and the drive to build something meaningful, this is the place for you.

Each founder is matched with a dedicated mentor to help navigate the early stages of business creation. Your mentor serves as a trusted advisor and resource, helping you validate your concept, make critical decisions, and keep your idea moving forward. Founders receive ongoing access to practical, hands-on support through a series of tailored workshops and expert-led sessions.

These cover essential early-stage topics such as customer discovery, business model design, product development, legal and financial fundamentals, and more. Companies accepted into the Innovation Studio receive an investment of up to $100,000, provided through milestone-based funding to build and test their business in its early stages while laying the foundation for growth.

Most programming and collaboration happen in person at this location, with some support and mentor meetings available virtually. Founders benefit from a state-of-the-art office environment designed to support early-stage ventures from ideation to execution. How much does it cost to participate in the program?

There is no cost for companies to participate in the Innovation Studio. Selected founders receive free access to the program’s full suite of resources including co-working space, state-of-the-art facilities, mentorship, workshops, and community events. Our goal is to allow early-stage founders to focus on building and growing their ventures.

How long is the Innovation Studio program? The program runs for up to 12 months, with the expectation that founders remain engaged, accountable, and focused on advancing their business throughout the year. What kind of support do participants receive?

Founders in the Innovation Studio benefit from a comprehensive support system designed to accelerate their growth. This includes dedicated mentorship, tailored workshops, and milestone-based funding of up to $100,000. In addition, founders enjoy 24/7 access to a fully equipped, state-of-the-art workspace in downtown Worcester complete with co-working areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities.

Everything is designed to give founders the tools, environment, and support they need to focus on building impactful ventures. Eligibility & Application Who should apply to the Innovation Studio? We’re looking for founders with a strong concept or vision who are in the earlier stage of building their business.

Candidates should be highly motivated, innovative, and ready to put in the work to validate and grow their idea. What types of industries does the Innovation Studio support? The accelerator program is open to startups across a wide range of industries, including AI, medtech, consumer products, advanced manufacturing, green tech, and more.

What matters most is that your business is innovative, viable, and aligned with the expertise and resources we can offer. We focus on working with founders we can truly support through the Auxilium and Rucker Investments network whether that’s through connections, experience, or access to capital.

However, we will not be accepting companies in the following industries: gaming, alcoholic beverages, THC/ cannabis products, or ventures focused on therapeutic drug development. What is Rucker Investments' role in Auxilium? Rucker Investments is the founding and principal backer of Auxilium.

Can solo founders apply to the Innovation Studio? Yes both solo founders and founding teams are welcome to apply. Do I need to relocate to Worcester?

Founders are expected to be present and engaged in Worcester throughout the program. We believe in-person collaboration helps founders achieve better results. How do I apply to the Innovation Studio?

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a select number of founders admitted at a time. To apply, you’ll complete a short online form that introduces your product or concept, outlines your vision for the business, and highlights why you’re a strong fit for the Innovation Studio.
