COAR may provide up to $150,000 per eligible project.
Eligible project types are separated into three categories: Assist Oregon public use airports with match requirements for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grants Provide grants for emergency preparedness and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Oregon Resilience Plan (ORP) or Oregon Aviation Plan (OAP) Provide grants for aviation related economic development including but not limited to: Critical and essential aviation services including sewer, water, navigational aids, and weather equipment; Aviation related business development including hangars, parking, and related facilities; Airport development for local economic benefit, including signage and marketing; and Assist commercial air service to rural Oregon To request access to the IGX grant system, email COAR Program Coordinators at Grants@ODAV.
