Amazon and The Community Foundation Launch $300,000 Grant Fund | Virginia's Innovation Crossroads Amazon and The Community Foundation Launch $300,000 Grant Fund In the news , Uncategorized Amazon in collaboration with The Community Foundation, proudly announces the launch of the Amazon Rappahannock Region Community Fund , a bold $300,000 investment aimed at empowering nonprofits and community-based organizations across the region.
Amazon has partnered with the Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region to launch the $300,000 Amazon Rappahannock River Region Community Fund , which will award grants up to $10,000 to nonprofit organizations serving Stafford, Spotsylvania, Caroline and Louisa counties in Virginia.
We are particularly excited because this is the first time InCommunities has partnered with a local foundation to launch a community fund of this magnitude. Funding focus areas include STEM education, Sustainability & Environment, Community Development, Digital Skills, Cultural Heritage Preservation and Health & Wellbeing. Grant application will open to nonprofits on August 18 and close on September 25.
Awardees will be notified in mid/late November and invited to a celebration event in December. Nonprofit organizations and eligible groups are encouraged to visit https://www. cfrrr.
org/apply/amazon-rappahannock-region-community-fund/ to review grant guidelines, explore project examples, and begin the application process.
