At Barclays US Consumer Bank, teams across marketing, product, partnerships, analytics, and operations work closely to deliver seamless customer experiences and scalable business outcomes.
As an intern, you’ll gain exposure to how data and insights inform marketing strategy, how operational processes support growth and efficiency, and how emerging technologies — including AI — are increasingly used to enhance decision‑making, execution, and performance.

Real Responsibility, Right Away As a Summer Analyst within the US Consumer Bank, you’ll join teams responsible for delivering results for customers and our co branded credit card partners.
Intern roles span business areas such as: Marketing & Customer Strategy Partnerships & Business Development Regardless of placement, interns will have the opportunity to gain experience: Using data to support business decisions Analyzing trends, opportunities, and performance Contributing ideas and recommendations Leveraging tools and technology to improve how work gets done This program is ideal for students interested in how technology and data influence traditional business functions and who want to build skills that are highly transferable across industries.

We enable clients and consumers to make secure payments in-store and online while supporting our partners by providing point of sale financing to their cardmembers through innovative, digital solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s customers. To be considered for this program, you must be motivated and curious with a degree or expected degree in any area.
We are looking for curious, analytical, and forward thinking students who are excited by the opportunity to use data and technology to drive business decisions. Ideally, a GPA of 3. 2 or above is preferred.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline with anticipated graduation between December 2027 – June 2028 Authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis Preferred Backgrounds & Interests Interest in how data, analytics, and technology inform decisions in areas such as marketing, product management, partnerships, or business development Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies, including how these tools can enhance personal productivity and business outcomes Strong problem solving and analytical skills, regardless of major Comfort working with data, tools, or systems (coursework, projects, internships, or self directed learning) Collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn The Wilmington campus boasts a recently renovated office space featuring a cafe, coffee bar, wellness breakout spaces, and more.
The campus is located along the historic Wilmington Riverfront where a glance out our windows reveals a scenic look at the Christina River and a growing riverfront community of luxury apartments, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the Wilmington train station is a short walk away, making travel from New York and Washington, DC fast and convenient.
