Barth Charitable Trust - CFOV The Harry E. & Olive T. Barth Charitable Trust, administered by Wesbanco Bank, Inc., seeks to make grants for use by non-profit organizations (designated as 501(c)(3) organizations) in West Virginia with preference, though not exclusively, to those organizations from the City of Sistersville, West Virginia and Tyler County, West Virginia areas that seek program support.
Schools, Churches and governmental entities may also be considered. Focus areas of the fund are animal welfare, nature conservancy, Sistersville, WV City Building preservation, and for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational activities. Minimum grant request is $5,000.
• Applications accepted: 1st Monday in August through 1st Friday in September • Grant portal credentials: Must be established 7 days prior to grant deadline • Grant Reports: Due 12 months from date of award If you have not heard from CFOV regarding your grant status, please login to the grant portal to check your dashboard. Organizations must have an account in the online portal one week prior to the submission deadline.
Please do not wait until the last few days to submit your grant application. Allow yourself and CFOV time to address any technical issues you may experience. Technical assistance is not guaranteed on the day of grant deadline.
