The Bayview Hunters Point Community Catalyst Grant Program is open to local residents and community organizations addressing one or more of the identified community needs: Proposal Submission : Submit a detailed project proposal, including: A description of the project and the community need it addresses. Specific goals and intended outcomes (e.g., KPIs like reduced asthma rates or job placements).

A clear budget and timeline for the project. Impact Plan : Share how the project will create measurable, lasting change in the community. Evaluation Plan : Outline how progress will be tracked and reported, including metrics to assess the project’s success.

Ongoing Applications & Quarterly Awards: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Grants are awarded quarterly, with recipients announced two months following the end of each quarter at a Bayview Hunters Point Community Catalyst Award Ceremony .
