Belmont County Enrichment Fund - CFOV Belmont County Enrichment Fund The Belmont County Enrichment Fund (BCEF) was created in 2013 by a group of landowners in Belmont County, Ohio. Grants are made from the BCEF to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, fire/police departments and other similarly exempt organizations based in or serving Belmont County.
The BCEF aims to enrich the community through funding meaningful projects that improve the quality of life for Belmont County residents. The Belmont County Enrichment Fund will not fund fundraising events, scholarships, animal welfare or projects that have already been completed (debt reduction).
Applications will be accepted January 5, 2027 through February 11, 202 7 Funding announcements expected end of March 202 7 Final Reports will be due 12 months from date of funding. Grant reports are completed online through the software used for the applications. Please do not wait until the last few days to submit your grant application.
