💼💡 2025 Biloxi Chamber of Commerce Small Business Grant Application In 2024, the Biloxi Chamber proudly awarded $19,500 in Small Business Grants, empowering local entrepreneurs and fostering economic growth in our community. This year’s grants were made even more meaningful with a generous $2,500 contribution from Woodforest National Bank in honor of Carmelita J. Scott.
Carmelita was a dedicated and long-standing member of the Biloxi Chamber Board of Directors, whose passion and service left an indelible mark on us all. Her unexpected passing was a heartbreaking loss, but her legacy of commitment and support for small businesses will live on through this grant. May her spirit continue to inspire us as we uplift and invest in the dreams of our small business owners.
