**Fiscal Year 2025:** Renewable chemical products, integrated IDU's biofuels, and see USDA 9003 programs. The purpose of the Biobased Market Development and Access Grant Program is focused investment in the successful completion of the required Integrated Demonstration Unit (IDU) Campaign and Technical Report.

These requirements are necessary to complete Phase II of the 9003 Loan Guarantee Program and issuance of the loan note guarantee. ** When funds are available, the public will be notified. **Fiscal Year 2025:** A Large Scale State-of-the-Art Integrated Dairy Manure to Renewable Bioenergy Anerobic Digester Project.

The 5D Farm project will process dairy manure feedstock and convert the dairy manure to domestic produced natural gas as a commercial product to be sold to a contracted “off taker” in addition, the facility is planning on monetizing the Carbon Dioxide from the gas upgrading system as an additional revenue source.

With a successful award of the BDAP Grant a wastewater and nutrient management Integrated Demonstration Unit component will be added.

The addition of this Integrated Demonstration Unit (IDU) system will add additional revenue to the project, reduce dairy costs and prove out the commercial viability IDU system for future applications on other farm Grant applicants must have successfully completed Phase I of the application process and received a Greenlight Letter into Phase 2 in the 9003 Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance program.

Federally Recognized Indian/Native American/Alaska Native Tribal Government, Municipality or Township government (inclusive of cities, towns, boroughs (except in Alaska), and villages), Not-for-Profit Organization, Applicants using agricultural commodities as feedstock and who have successfully completed Phase I of the 9003 Biorefinery, Renewable Chemical, and Biobased Product Manufacturing Assistance (9003) application process and received greenlight invitation letters to Phase 2 of the 9003 program and demonstrating a need to execute an IDU.

To be eligible for the grant, a project must meet the eligibility requirements costs associated with building an integrated demonstration unit and/or costs associated with paying for an existing domestic integrated demonstration unit to run their campaign. Project must also be using an agriculture commodity-based feedstock. Projects must be using the feedstock that was proposed with their initial submission.

The term “agricultural commodity” means— wheat, cotton, flax, corn, dry beans, oats, barley, rye, rice, peanuts, soybeans, sugar beets, sugar cane, tomatoes, grain sorghum, sunflowers, raisins, oranges, sweet corn, dry peas, freezing and canning peas, forage, apples, grapes, potatoes, timber and forests, oilseed plants, nursery crops, livestock, citrus, and other fruits and vegetables, nuts, tame hay, native grass, hemp, aquatic plants propagated or reared in a controlled or selected environment, or any other derivative of such agricultural commodities including agricultural residues and woody biomass but excluding stored grain.
