THE INCUBATOR | Black Public Media The 2023 edition of 360 Incubator+ is a HYBRID experience. Through a series of workshops and mentoring, the Incubator is designed to accelerate the production of film projects and prepare each filmmaking team to pitch for production funding of up to $150,000 at BPM’s PitchBLACK.
An intensive 3-month program, the Incubator provides filmmakers with networking opportunities, skill-building workshops, tools for a successful pitch, and one on-one mentoring with accomplished media makers.
