BST Grantmaking | German Marshall Fund of the United States The Black Sea Trust runs the following programs: Regional Programs and Civic Participation . Prospective applicants can apply on a rolling basis for these two programs. BST accepts project proposals under thematic calls for applications listed below.

Short-Term Grants for CSOs Adressing the Ukrainian Crisis Refugee In response to the security and humanitarian challenges posed by Russia's war in Ukraine, the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST), a project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, is launching a call for project proposals to support the response of civil society actors in the wider Black Sea region.
