Federal Funding and Contracting Opportunities More opportunities coming soon! Funding Opportunity and Contracting Resources Eastern States Off-Range Corral Solicitation BLM hosted an informational webinar for potential vendors interested in the off-range corral solicitations on May 7, 2026.
The webinar provided an overview of the proposal process and outlined requirements for facilities that provide care for wild horses and burros gathered from public lands. Participants also learned how to prepare for upcoming solicitation opportunities through SAM. gov and were given an opportunity to ask questions.

This webinar was for prospective vendors interested in submitting a proposal to a future solicitation for wild horse and burro off-range corral and pasture facilities. The webinar provided foundational knowledge about the proposal process as well as an overview of the BLM’s off-range corral and pasture requirements. The BLM anticipates releasing solicitations for off-range corrals and pastures in 2024 on SAM.
