The CVD Scholarship is a Program of the Government of Cape Verde, operationalized through the Partnership between ProEmpresa and the Employment and Training Promotion Fund, with the involvement of the University of Cape Verde, the Jean Piaget University, the University of Santiago, the University of Mindelo, NOSI, the CVT/CVM Group, Unitel T+, Páginas Amarelas, Fundação Smart City Cabo Verde and Bonako Cabo Verde.
