Boots to Business | U.S. Small Business Administration Entrepreneurial education and training program for service members and military spouses. Boots to Business (B2B) is an entrepreneurial education and training program offered by SBA as part of the Department of Defense's Transition Assistance Program (TAP).
B2B provides participants with an overview of business ownership and is open to service members (including National Guard and Reserve) and military spouses. What's your transition mission? Introduction to Entrepreneurship: The foundational two-day, in-person course provides you with an introductory understanding of business ownership.
Optional Follow-on Courses: “B2B: Revenue Readiness” is an online course delivered through a partnership with Mississippi State University. Receive sign-up information once you complete the in-person introductory course. B2B and B2BR participants are also encouraged to take advantage of the many resources offered by the SBA and its partner network.

Boots to Business homepage Boots to Business Fact Sheet Boots to Business is primarily delivered by SBA District Office personnel & Veterans Business Outreach Centers (VBOCs), with support from Small Business Development Centers, SCORE, and Women’s Business Centers at select military installations across the Continental United States (CONUS), and by the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University for select military installations Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).

Manufacturing in America Grant Initiative is a grant from SBA that funds organizations providing hands-on, in-person manufacturing training and technical assistance to small manufacturing businesses.
