West Palm Beach Housing Authority ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS - Boynton Bay Apartments 3-bedroom units – Elderly Only The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) will open its Project -Based Waiting List for the Boynton Bay Apartments for 3 bedroom units only on May 26, 2026. at 8:00 am.
Boynton Bay Apartments is located at 499 Boynton Bay Circle, Boynton Beach Florida 33435, This Waiting List is ONLY for elderly individuals and families whose head of household is 62 years of age and older and meet the program eligibility requirements. The WPBHA will begin accepting applications online beginning on May 26, 2026 at 8:00 am. The list will be closed for applications on July 26, 2026.
To qualify for project-based voucher assistance for the Boynton Bay Apartments, the following criteria must be met: Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older. Must meet all Program Requirements Must meet the HUD approved income limits If your family household income falls within the income limits provided below, you may qualify to receive a voucher to assist with your rent. ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS - Non-Elderly Disabled (NED) Housing Choice Voucher Assistance Non-elderly disabled (NED) housing choice voucher assistance enables non-elderly disabled households lease affordable private housing of their choice. The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) will open its NED Waitlist on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 8:00am.
Only income eligible disabled households whose head, spouse or co-head is non-elderly (under age 62) and disabled may receive a NED voucher.
Disabled households can be any of the following: A single person with a disability living alone; A family in which the head of household or spouse is disabled; Two or more related adults with disabilities living together; Two or more unrelated disabled adults living together; or One or more disabled adults living with one or more live-in aides. Families with only a minor child with a disability do not qualify.
No paper applications are available. Please do not come to the WPBHA offices. This process is limited to an on-line process.

Silver Palm Place is located at 838 Adams Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Silver Palm Place is a family housing development with, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Individuals and families whose head of household is 18 years of age and older and meet the program eligibility requirements may apply.

The City formed the agency to provide safe, decent and affordable housing to families and individuals with limited financial resources. WPBHA serves Palm Beach County with 439 Low-Income Public Housing and Rental Assistance Demonstration Program units and manages 4,106 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers . WPBHA Asset Management properties support the Elderly, Disabled, and Multifamily.
