Caring People Alliance - Brian Dawkins Single Parent Famlies Program Single Parent Families Program Empowering Single-Parent Superheroes About the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation Since 2019, the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation has invested in underserved communities, promoting the spiritual, mental, and physical wellness of youth.
Our mission is to create transformative opportunities for children who may face hardship but demonstrate the drive and passion to succeed. These positive experiences ripple outward, strengthening families and entire communities. Founded by former Philadelphia Eagles star and NFL Hall of Famer Brian Dawkins, the Foundation has made lasting change in Philadelphia, PA, and Jacksonville, FL, the communities that shaped Brian’s own story.
Building Brighter Futures With Our Programs Launched in 2022, the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation Single Parent Families Program provides one-time grants for low-income single parents living in Philadelphia. These grants are administered by Caring People Alliance and are designed to fund out-ofschool enrichment opportunities for children ages 5-18.
Examples include tutoring, after-school programs, sports teams, summer camps, arts and music lessons, or other defined enrichment activities. Funded by donations to the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation, this program complements other Philadelphia poverty reduction initiatives and community support programs.
We work in partnership with community centers across Philadelphia, and other local organizations to connect families with resources that help children thrive. Single parents often do superhero work, and through this program, we aim to offer extra support to help their children succeed and enhance their overall well-being.
