US DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory – BAA for Foundational Research – Current Topic List US DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory – BAA for Foundational Research – Current Topic List DEVCOM ARL has released an updated research topic list for the current Broad Agency Announcement for Foundational Research (W911NF-23-S-0001).
ARLs’ foundational research mission spans basic and applied research but may include advanced technology development and advanced component development and prototypes. Research is supported across a wide range of physical, computational, mathematical, biological, engineering, psychological, chemical and material sciences.
White papers and proposals are being accepted and assessed on a rolling basis until 20 November 2027 , with the topic list being periodically updated. White papers are not compulsory but are strongly encouraged.
