Please note that Appendix 6 “NY BRICKS Scoring Matrix” has been revised. In the “NY BRICKS- PROJECT VIABILITY SCORING MATRIX”, under “Construction Readiness,” question 3 now shows that an applicant may earn up to 4 (four) points depending upon their response to the question and any applicable documentation. This was always intended to create a maximum of 100 points overall that could be earned by an applicant.
The original document posted with the RFA incorrectly indicated that applications could only score a maximum of 2 (two) points. All members of the scoring team will use the revised version of Appendix 6 to rate applications.
