Target Bullseye Builds Fact Sheet Target’s 2026 Bullseye Builds Programming Updated 7:00am CT | Apr 20, 2026 Bullseye Builds with Community Program is Target’s signature community activation, bringing together Target’s volunteerism and design expertise to meet local needs.
As part of a previously announced $1 million investment , we will complete 13 Bullseye Builds projects nationwide in 2026 to bring vibrancy to community spaces based on locally identified priorities. These investments focus on strengthening the everyday places that make neighborhoods more connected, functional and welcoming — powered by Target team members who show up locally through hands-on volunteer efforts.
Team Target can be found volunteering in our communities all across the country nearly every day of the year. At Target, we believe investing in the places we call home builds strong communities and strong partnerships. And our Bullseye Builds bring that belief to life.
What makes this work different is how it starts. We listen to learn about local needs, then pair those insights with the creativity of our team members and Target’s signature style and design expertise.
Executive Vice President and Chief Community and Stakeholder Engagement Officer Target will bring Bullseye Builds to the following cities where it operates stores or supply chain facilities, beginning with Denver and Las Vegas in May. Logan Township, New Jersey – July Seattle, Washington – July Austin, Texas – September Columbus, Ohio – September Orlando, Florida – September St.
Louis, Missouri – September Birmingham, Alabama – October Jersey City, New Jersey – October Phoenix, Arizona – November Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota – TBD Launch: Bullseye Builds launched in 2024, with our most recent being in Detroit this March, and to date, has completed 25 projects nationwide .
Volunteering: More than 2,000 Target team members have volunteered — part of a broader company commitment to achieve 1 million volunteer hours annually . Impact: The program has positively impacted more than 250,000 community members . Focus: Completed efforts include hands-on vitalization projects like garden restorations, fresh painting, landscaping, and facility improvements that enhance and uplift community spaces.
