## Empowering Banks for Community Impact The TBA member relations team collaborates closely with member banks to tailor programs that align with the bank’s needs, strategy, and objectives, focusing on financial literacy, business literacy, and workforce diversity. Many underserved communities lack crucial financial skills for economic well-being, resilience, savings, and wealth creation.
This program helps banks champion financial literacy in their community by filling gaps left strained from school budgets and curricula. Financial Literacy Summit Small business owners and entrepreneurs in underserved communities often lack access to vital business education and training. CREATE helps banks build viable businesses at the ground level.
This will, in turn, create more sustainable communities, expand job opportunities, create new markets and expand access to capital. Banks thrive with workforces rooted in the communities they serve. Encouraging diversity, banks offer training for frontline bankers, lenders, and NextGen bank executives, creating stronger, more representative teams.
