Business Oregon : Business Oregon Relender Program (BOR) : Business Oregon Relender Program (BOR) : State of Oregon Translate this site into other Languages tag, as divs are not allowed in 's --> Business Oregon Relender Program (BOR) Business Oregon’s Relender Program is a program designed to support unregulated community lenders (Community Development Financial Institutions, Economic Development Districts, Tribal lenders, and Nonprofits) by co-funding eligible loans originated by participating community lenders.
The Relender Program addresses gaps in traditional lending by making capital accessible to those that would otherwise lack financing options. Applicants for funding under the Relender program are unregulated community lenders with a physical presence in Oregon and have an established loan loss reserve or will participate in the Loan Loss Reserve Account Program.
Disclaimer: Businesses cannot apply directly for this funding, but can approach eligible relenders about this opportunity. This program is only available for Community Development Financial Institutions, Economic Development Districts, Tribal lenders, and Nonprofits who have a physical presence in Oregon and are enrolled in the program. Banks or financial institutions, as defined by ORS 706.
