stands ready to assist REALTORS® who have been impacted by natural disasters through its Disaster Relief Fund and NAR's REALTORS® Relief Foundation. The Disaster Relief Fund delivers vital support to REALTORS®, their employees, and association staff who face devastating losses from natural disasters.

In a state where California ranks among the most disaster-prone in the nation, this fund stands as a lifeline—helping real estate professionals recover, rebuild, and regain stability when the unthinkable strikes. Since its founding, the Disaster Relief Fund has provided nearly $2 million in relief, including $1 million to recent victims of the Los Angeles wildfires.

Each grant is more than financial assistance—it is a testament to the resilience of our members and the unwavering strength of the REALTOR® community, empowering those affected to continue serving their clients, supporting their neighborhoods, and rising stronger than before Supporting REALTORS® and their families after disasters. Thank you for your overwhelming response to the Community Grant Program. This initiative was created to support individuals and families impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires, and we are deeply moved by the stories and resilience of those who have applied. In just one week, we received over 1,300 applications—far exceeding our available funding.

With a total of $1 million allocated for this program, we have now reached full capacity and are no longer accepting new applications. We recognize the immense challenges faced by those affected, and while we wish we could provide assistance to everyone in need, our resources are limited. If additional funding becomes available or if we are able to launch another relief program, we will share updates on this webpage.

REALTOR® MEMBER GRANT PROGRAM We have been helping the REALTOR® family recover from natural disasters for more than 20 years. The C. A.

R. Disaster Relief Fund was established in the wake of the devastating 2003 California wildfires, thanks to generous contributions from the California Association of REALTORS®, state and local REALTOR® associations and other contributors, and provides grants for REALTORS®, employees of REALTORS® and association staff.

Since January we have received well over 300 applications and have awarded nearly $1 million worth of grants to those impacted by the recent wildfires in January. At this time, we are no longer receiving any new applications due to limited resources. If additional funding becomes available, we will share updates on this webpage.

Please help us continue our efforts by making a tax-deductible contribution to the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS'® Disaster Relief Fund. To make a tax-deductible donation by check, please make payable to the California Community Foundation and write "C. A.
