California Small Agricultural Business Drought & Flood Relief Grant Program The California Small Agricultural Business Drought & Flood Relief Grant Program will provide relief to small agricultural businesses that experienced a decline in annual gross receipts or gross profits due to drought or storm flood conditions.

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) is accepting concept proposals for its 2027 Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP). This program funds projects that enhance the competitiveness of California specialty crops, supporting all sectors of the industry and improving performance in various markets. Projects should address a clear industry need and demonstrate broad benefit to California specialty crops. Funding areas include market enhancement, access, education, training, and research.
