Global Affairs Canada – CanExport Innovation Global Affairs Canada – CanExport Innovation Global Affairs Canada – CanExport Innovation CanExport Innovation is a Government of Canada funding program that helps Canadian small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), academic institutions and non profit organizations accelerate international research and development partnerships.
The program supports early stage, pre commercial collaborations with foreign partners to adapt, validate and co develop innovative technologies for global markets. By sharing costs related to travel, partner engagement, intellectual property (IP) strategy and project development, CanExport Innovation reduces the risk of international collaboration and strengthens Canada's innovation ecosystem.
