Nonprofit Capital Grants Program Nonprofit Capital Grant program FY 2026 – 2027 Given the success of the federally funded ARPA funded Nonprofit Capital Grant Program, the mayor and council enabled social services to offer another round of these grants from city funds for Fiscal Years 2025 – 2026. This year the program is locally funded at $602,000.
Agencies that received funding in the funding cycle that ended in 2025 are not eligible to apply for this new cycle . The process to apply and award these capital grants for Fiscal Years 2025 – 2026 began Sept. 3, 2023.
