Capital or Major Gifts (by inquiry) is sponsored by First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO). FNBO offers Capital or Major Gifts as restricted financial support for nonprofit organizations undertaking major capital raises for specific projects or programs.

To submit a Capital or Major Gift request, please click here . ​ Our Impact Grant Program provides programmatic support to address community needs related to Affordable Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization, Workforce Development & Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy, Adult Education & Security.

The funding focus within each category includes: Affordable Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization: Increasing or maintaining access to safe, affordable, and quality housing or stimulating revitalization in blighted, underserved, and distressed communities. Workforce Development & Entrepreneurship: Growing local economies through small business development and job creation.

Financial Literacy, Adult Education & Security: Strengthening individual core competencies that will improve personal economic self-sufficiency, through adult financial literacy, vocational and employability training, and adult basic education. All applicants must demonstrate 51% or more of their clients qualify as low-to-moderate income, with services provided within the counties in FNBO's footprint.

Organizations that did not receive an Impact Grant from FNBO in the previous calendar year must inquire about eligibility and alignment to the Impact by FNBO Team . This step can be completed at any time. Please note: The 2026 Impact Grant Cycle is now closed.
