Career ConneCT grants

Career ConneCT grants is a program from the State of Connecticut that funds innovative workforce development programs providing free short-term training for high-demand careers in information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and other growing industries. The program enables participants to earn job-ready skills in four to 24 weeks, work with a career coach, and connect with employers ready to hire.

Eligible organizations are those proposing innovative workforce training programs aligned with Connecticut's labor market needs. Grant amounts are not publicly specified. Trainees complete programs at no cost as part of the state's workforce initiative.
