Rare Belonging® Grant Program is sponsored by Alexion Charitable Foundation. The Alexion Charitable Foundation's Rare Belonging® grant program supports programs and services that benefit individuals, caregivers, and families impacted by rare diseases, aligning with its mission to address health disparities within and among the rare disease community. Priorities include science-driven solutions, technology and innovation, patient supports, and research & policy focused on diagnostic pathways and systems improvements. The program specifically seeks to advance emotional well-being and educational opportunities, and provide relief for critical needs, especially for those living with or affected by a rare disease.

2026 Grant Funding Opportunity: Addressing Dementia in Tribal and Urban Indian Communities: CAReS Program is sponsored by Indian Health Service (IHS). Aims to improve care, services, and outcomes for American Indian and Alaska Native people living with or at risk of cognitive impairment or dementia, their caregivers, and their communities.
