Homepage | Cartier Women's Initiative Driving change by empowering women impact entrepreneurs The Cartier Women's Initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship program that aims to drive change by empowering women impact entrepreneurs. Founded in 2006, the program is open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that aim to have a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact.

In Bangkok, Thailand, we recognized 30 new fellows and celebrated two decades of empowering women who leverage business as a force for good. Our regional and thematic awards recognize and fund talented impact entrepreneurs from around the world who are leveraging business as a force for good.

The fellowship aims to provide our fellows with peer-, industry- and academic-based educational programming for skills and leadership development and business growth. The community gives fellows lifelong access to a vibrant group of impact leaders, creating opportunities for engagement, relationship-building and the development of social capital.

We foster meaningful conversations through storytelling, data sharing and research partnerships. The best thing you can do in business is to empower women. It changes everything.

For two decades, we have proudly brought these changemakers together. Introducing the 2026 Fellows Our 2026 fellows were announced on March 26, 2026. Representing nine regions and one thematic award, these 30 impact entrepreneurs will join us for the awards ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand on June 10, 2026.

Since 2006, Cartier Women’s Initiative has supported 330 fellows from 66 countries. 82% of recent fellows attribute concrete outcomes to the Cartier Women’s Initiative’s support, networks, communications and events. Discover more in our 2025 Impact Report.
