Apply Here For the 2026-2027 School Year 2026/2027 School year Tuition Assistance Application will be available on October 15, 2025 The Catholic Education Foundation, the Archdiocese of Louisville and our funding partners are helping more families than ever who cannot afford the full cost of educating their children in a Catholic elementary school. For the 2025/2026 school year, a record $8. 6 million was awarded to 3,700 students.
2026/2027 Tuition Assistance Application All families with one or more children enrolled in or applying to a Catholic elementary school in the Archdiocese of Louisville. Tuition assistance applications submitted between October 15, 2025 and November 30, 2025 will participate in the initial grant funding. Applications submitted by new school families after November 30, 2025 will be accepted and processed in the normal course.
For current school families, a smaller amount of tuition assistance may be available for forms submitted after November 30, 2025. If you have questions about applying, please contact your school or the Catholic Education Foundation. A single form, the FACTS management application, will be used for all forms of Catholic elementary school tuition assistance.
Families must submit the online application, 2024 Federal tax-return, 2024 W-2’s and other non-taxable income documentation along with the $35 processing fee by November 30, 2025. Applications submitted by new school families after November 30, 2025 will be accepted and processed in the normal course. The Application is Available Here .
Yes, you must apply for tuition assistance each year. WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN GRANTED TUITION ASSISTANCE? The initial round of tuition assistance notifications will be issued to families no later than March 1, 2026.
For applications completed after November 30, 2025, please contact your school for award notification timelines. Completed applications received by November 30, 2025 will participate in the initial grant awards. A smaller amount of tuition assistance may be available for forms submitted after that date.
Complete only one FACTS application for your family, including all students in the family (elementary and high school) on the same form. FACTS will send a need evaluation to all funding sources for which each family could qualify as well as the schools you have listed on the form. WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE APPLICATION?
