CCIE People to People Network Share your international programs, events, and student stories with CCIE Fall 2026 – DONALD R. CULTON STUDY ABROAD SCHOLARSHIP (Due July 27th) Dr. Donald R. Culton was the first-full-time administrator for international education at a California community college and laid the groundwork for community college study abroad that expanded opportunities for more students to have an internationalized experience.
AMOUNT: Each scholarship will be up to $ 500. The number of awards and amount of awards will be determined by the CCIE scholarship committee. Please note that only colleges current with their dues can apply.
Funding Alert: Giese Taylor Professional Development Grant AIFS and IES Abroad have teamed up to donate $150,000 over the next three years to help education abroad faculty and staff attend premier international education conferences. Applications for the first round are officially open! CC-EA is the CCIE monthly meeting for those involved with Study Abroad.

These scholarships are open to students from CCID member colleges and they are open to any CCIE Member College current with their dues. A total of $2000 in scholarship funds will be awarded next month.
