Some include Case Management with personalized support for up to 45 days, while others provide short-term assistance for a variety of needs.
Family and Community Support The Dental Care Assistance Program will provide financial support for essential dental care to CSBG-eligible individuals in Suburban Cook County. This program aims to alleviate the financial burden of dental services, offering preventive, basic, and major restorative care helping individuals to improve dental-related barriers to health, education, and employment.
