Scholarships • Chicago Executive Pilots Association The PAPA Scholarship and Safety Foundation , a sister organization of Chicago Executive Pilots Association , and is a non-profilt 501(c)(3) organization . The Foundation will award one or more scholarships to individuals who are Illinois residents and are also members of CEPA.
PAPA’s mission is: PAPA Scholarship and Safety Foundation is dedicated to enabling the next generation of aviators and educating current pilots and other educators by providing scholarships to help defray the substantial cost of flight training.
PAPA offers two classes of scholarships: Academic Scholarship Flight Training at Chicago Executive Airport You are attending an accredited school located in Illinois pursuing a course of study in a recognized professional aviation program as a college sophomore, junior or senior.
