Charitable Donations (Rare Disease Community Support)

Food Lion Feeds Charitable Grants is a grant program from the Food Lion Feeds Charitable Foundation that supports hunger relief programs in communities where Food Lion stores operate. The program provides both monetary grants and product donations (such as Food Lion gift cards) to eligible nonprofits focused on alleviating food insecurity. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofits located within 20 miles of a Food Lion store that have been established for at least one year. The same organization may apply once every six months, and proposals must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the requested donation date. Monetary grant applications are submitted through a separate portal from product donation requests.
