To be eligible to submit a grant proposal you must be tax-exempt under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3) You may submit a grant proposal if your project is in the area of Health or Education in the Miami Valley. com Wondering if Your Project Qualifies for Consideration? Submit a Letter of Intent using the Ohio Common Grant Letter of Inquiry Form. Please send three (3) paper copies of the Letter of Intent along with three copies of your most current year's tax form 990 via U.S. mail to the Foundation's office.
Letters of Intent are reviewed on a quarterly basis. We do not have any submission deadlines. The Board of Trustees' decisions will be communicated from the office of the Wallace Foundation in writing.
The Foundation may request that you submit a full proposal for consideration of your project. You may use the Ohio Common Grant Proposal - short form. When requested to complete the full proposal, send three (3) copies of it to the Wallace Foundation via U.S. Mail.
