Schwetke Foundation will fulfill Claudine Schwetke Loyd's wishes that her wealth be used to benefit local, non-profit charities around San Antonio. Claudine Schwetke Loyd was the only child of Charles D. Schwetke and Lillie Mae Schwetke.

Charles and Lillie, through their hard work and prudent money management amassed considerate wealth. At their death, this wealth was bestowed upon Claudine. Using the lessons learned from her parents, including strong Christian values, Claudine proved to be a faithful steward of this money.

She worked hard and spent conservatively. The funds left to her did not dwindle, they grew. Before her passing, Claudine began the work of establishing a charity, named in her father's honor, that would distribute the assets of her estate.

That charity is the Charles D. Schwetke Foundation (the "Foundation"). Her desire for the Foundation is that it would use her wealth to make grants to non-profit organizations, preferably located in the State of Texas, ideally within Bexar County or the city of San Antonio.

Not only was San Antonio a city that she called home, she loved it deeply. She became a certified city tour guide for many years and did much to give back to it. The Foundation, located in Colleyville, Texas, will honor Claudine's wishes, and the legacy of her father, by using her wealth to provide grants to organizations in Bexar County, Texas, and surrounding areas.

Those organizations will share her values of hard work, conservative spending, and honesty above reproach. Grant recipients will be chosen based on the same values that Charles, Lillie, and Claudine shared - honesty, hard work, and prudent spending habits. Claudine's express wishes were that her wealth not be used to benefit big, wasteful charitable organizations.

Ron Pyle is the president and chief executive officer of Automotivation LLC, a consultancy specializing in the automotive aftermarket industry supply value chain. In his current position as president of Automotivation LLC, Mr. Pyle is providing strategic advice about the automotive industry to private equity, venture capital, and family office investors.

Mr. Pyle served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Automotive Management Institute from 2002 until 2013. Since 2015, Ron has served as the managing director at Rock Bottom Outreach, a non-profit Christian ministry serving the Northeast Texas region.

In this capacity, Mr. Pyle has overseen the administration, fund raising efforts and management of volunteer services and relationships with local school district administrations, coaches and counselors. Mr. Pyle formerly served as president and chief staff executive of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), joining the ASA national staff in July 2002 and served as its president from Nov. 1, 2002 until April of 2013.

Representing thousands of automotive repair businesses nationwide and internationally, ASA is the largest not-for-profit trade association serving the automotive service and repair industry. Mr. Pyle is a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s prestigious Nuclear Power School and served on the USS Sargo, an early generation nuclear fast attack submarine.

Mark Robinson is the President and CEO of Cambridge Tax Advisors, a professional tax firm located in Colleyville, TX. There, she managed over 20 recruiters and $20M in annual revenue, and was recognized with numerous awards, including Rookie of the Year and Recruiter of the Year. She was also voted Most Influential by her peers multiple times. Breanna is passionate about supporting and advancing women in their careers.

She has been a senior leader for the women's employee resource group at her former company and served on the Steering Committee for the Women’s Leadership Council within the Texas Women’s Foundation. In her free time, Breanna enjoys reading spy novels, watching football, and collecting concert posters. She is married to Jim Trimble, the lead attorney at Trimble Law Office, and together they have a blended family that includes stepchildren, biological children, and an adopted child, providing her with unique insights into the complexities of family dynamics and estate planning to bring into her role at the law firm.
