Grant funding supports the maintenance and overall improvements for high-quality early childhood education providers located in Philadelphia. The Child Care Facilities Fund is made possible by the City of Philadelphia and is managed by PHMC alongside the Office of Children and Families (OCF).
PHMC facilitates the application process, performing project vetting and distributing and reconciling payments Examples of projects that qualify for funding include minor- to mid-level renovations, purchasing and installing large appliances and the purchase of health and safety systems https://philafacilityfund.

Application cycles are dependent on funding availability.
