Child Care Infrastructure Fund - Northwest Native Chamber Child Care Infrastructure Fund CCIF is a competitive statewide grant through Business Oregon focused on providing funds for establishment, expansion, and improvements of child care facilities across the state of Oregon.

Round 3 Application Opens: Round 3 Application Closes: December 16, 2025, at 4:59 PM PST Award Notification Process: Applicants who are not selected for funding will receive notification on March 13, 2026. Applicants who are selected for CCIF awards will be notified on a rolling basis as their information is verified by Business Oregon.

In the event that a selected applicant withdraws from the grant or is withdrawn, the applicant with the next highest score will be notified of their selection. The Child Care Infrastructure Fund (CCIF) is a competitive statewide grant program designed to establish, expand, and improve child care facilities across Oregon. Administered by Business Oregon, the state’s economic development agency, CCIF was created through HB 3005 (2023), which allocated $50 million to increase early learning and care capacity statewide.

The initiative prioritizes culturally specific early learning programs, ensuring diverse communities receive the support they need. This fall, Business Oregon is awarding a total of $20 million to selected CCIF applicants. If you weren’t selected in Rounds 1 or 2, but would like to reuse your past application, reach out to Business Oregon at CCIF.
