Child Development Training Consortium Child Development Permit Stipends The Child Development Training Consortium (CDTC) Permit Stipend Program pays the permit application fee to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for eligible applicants. Apply for Child Development Permit Stipend Child Development Permit Stipend Applications are now closed for the 2024-2025 Program Year.
Please check back in July 2025 for updates on the 2025-2026 application. CDTC accepts applications for all levels. If you have difficulty accessing any material when completing the Child Development Permit Stipend application because of a disability, please contact us via email at: CDTC-Permit@yosemite.
