## Mini-grants and sponsorships The Community Health Partnership of North Central Mass (CHNA9) accepts applications for mini-grants, sponsorships, and scholarships on a rolling basis. Applicants are limited to requests totaling a cumulative maximum of $2,000 per year. The total funding available annually is approximately $20,000.
For the purposes of this rolling fund, the year follows the fiscal year of the CHNA9, which begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. Funding is made available by CHNA9 through the MA Department of Public Health’s Community Health Initiative. All requests must be aligned with the mission of the CHNA9 and in support of one or more Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) priorities.
