Chris Patino Grant Program is sponsored by Another Round Another Rally. Hospitality workers facing a cancer diagnosis may apply for financial assistance through Another Round Another Rally's Chris Patino Grant Program. Awardees of this program will receive a grant to help supplement unexpected expenses and loss of income due to this diagnosis.

Apply for Aid - Another Round Another Rally These are the applications currently available to apply for aid. We will be adding more aid applications as they become available. Disaster Relief Aid Program Hospitality workers impacted by a natural disaster may apply here for disaster relief aid.

Aid may come in the form of grocery store vouchers, direct financial assistance or other relief resources depending on employee needs and available resources. Mental Health Care for Latino Restaurant Workers En Español Another Round Another Rally is launching a new program to help Latino hospitality professionals access critical mental health resources and combat hardships.

This initiative aims to help this demographic balance work responsibilities with the demands of daily life, address alcohol or substance abuse dependencies and navigate issues related to migration experiences or workplace mistreatment and abuse, among other adversities. Eligible Spanish-speaking applicants can apply for online aid in their native language.

Selected applicants will receive access to six confidential counseling sessions to help them navigate these and other hurdles and improve their mental health through the provider Mejor Hablamos.

Bevolution Brave Voices Fund Another Round Another Rally and Women of the Bevolution are partnering to get help to women, femme and non-binary hospitality workers who have been victims of gender or racial base discrimination, harassment or abuse in the hospitality workplace. Applicants can apply for various forms of aid from this fund including legal aid, mental health support, job search assistance and financial assistance.

Awardees of this program will receive a grant of $2500 to help supplement unexpected expenses and loss of income due to this diagnosis.

Grants are awarded to eligible applicants experiencing the most pressing needs as funding becomes available. Hospitality Workers LGBTQ+ Mental Health Relief On November 19, 2022, an anti-LGBTQ motivated mass shooting took place at Club Q, a gay bar in Colorado.

For the first program as part of our Hospitality Workers LGBTQ+ Relief Fund, Another Round Another Rally has collaborated with Khesed Wellness to provide 12 sessions of mental healthcare to LGBTQ applicants who were employed at Club Q at the time of the shooting and after (November 19, 2022 – present).
