Foundation Grants - Claremore Public Schools Foundation Provide funds for innovative classroom projects and materials Support multi-class, multi-curriculum and/or multi-school projects Allows specialists on a variety of topics to become instructors Scholarships for Teachers & Administrators Provide funds for workshops, conferences, symposiums and seminars Scholarships for Graduating CHS Seniors Administer endowments/the selection process for awarding funds for college-bound students One of the Foundation’s most important goals is to foster ideas CPS educators have for driving innovation in the classroom.
To that end, any district administrator or teacher may apply for a Foundation Grant to fund a qualified passion project, if the project’s intended purpose aligns with the Foundation’s funding priorities. Grants are awarded on a competitive basis for materials, supplies and projects not available through regular district funding. The CPSF Allocations Committee reviews requests and prioritizes them based on: number of students affected project goals and objectives Any teacher or administrator in the Claremore Public School District is encouraged to apply. Applications may be obtained from the CPSF office or you can download them below.
Fall – Friday, October 10, 2025 Spring — Friday, March 13, 2026 Fast Track Grants are available for unforeseen, immediate educational opportunities and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
