Clark Foundation Grant is sponsored by Clark Foundation. Supports qualified nonprofit organizations in Oregon, focusing on social services, education, and health.

Grant Applications - Clark Foundation | Est. 1959 Grant types and the application process Community Grants (£1,000 – £100,000+) – available to not-for-profit organisations operating in places where Clarks employees live and work ( see ‘Links to Clarks’ in our FAQs ). The grants are awarded by a committee that meets quarterly.

Small Community Grants (£200 – £1,000) – available to the same groups as above, but for a lower amount. These are decided by the Trust Manager, all year round, on a case-by-case basis. Typically, they might be for equipment or an urgent repair to a community asset or building.

Clarks employees based in retail stores in the UK can also apply for a small grant for a community group that they have a close connection to. Eligibility checker: please only apply to us if you are a not-for-profit organisation based in Somerset, Plymouth, Barnstaple or Kendal , seeking funding for a capital project or equipment.

We also accept applications for small community grants from employees based in Clarks retail stores around the UK. The application process is the same: Download an Application Form (below), fill it in a nd email it to us.

For Community Grants over £1,000 please also send us an Executive Summary – up to two sides of A4 – that gives us more information about your organisation, who your project will benefit, your financial status and your delivery programme.

Please make sure that you have told us: who it will benefit (kinds of people and numbers) what it will cost (and how you know the cost) how you’re going to fund the whole project, including your own reserves and how much you’re contributing the skills, experience and capabilities that your organisation has to deliver the project any major risks associated with delivering the project and how you are going to manage them Tip: ask someone unconnected with the project to read your application before sending it in to us.
