Clayton and Carol Paul Fund Deadline: June 30th and December 31st | Noon Purpose and Funding Priorities The primary and only objective of this Fund is to provide monetary grants to low-cost spay-neuter clinics individual wildlife rehabilitators other deserving animal welfare organizations.
In order to allow these volunteer organizations to use their enormous enthusiasm, drive, and willingness to reduce animal suffering and homelessness through the monetary maintenance of their organizations where little or no monetary funds existed previously. Priority consideration will be given to proposals that have an enduring and meaningful impact toward reducing stray animal population and suffering.
Applicants must be based in and providing services for animals in Central Georgia. The majority of grants awarded by the Clayton and Carol Paul Fund will not usually exceed $2,000. However, the Clayton and Carol Paul Fund is interested in supporting at least one large project each year.
Preference will be given to organizations who have not received a Clayton and Carol Paul Fund grant in the last twelve months. The application deadlines are noon on June 30 and December 31. Decisions are usually made and announced within two months of the deadlines.

Once your registration is processed, complete the Clayton and Carol Paul Fund Application. All recipients of a grant from the Clayton and Carol Paul Fund must submit a final report detailing the outcome of the project and how the grant funds were used.
Final reports are due within sixty days after depletion of the grant funds, prior to submitting a new grant application, or no later than one year from the deadline date of the cycle in which you applied for your grant, whichever is earliest. For example, if you received a grant in the June 30, 2023, cycle, your final report is due no later than June 30, 2024.
To be eligible for future grants, the Community Foundation must have completed final reports or final letters on file for all previously awarded grants when submitting a new grant application. Beginning January 1, 2024, all CFCG Competitive Grant Program reports must be submitted in the online grants portal . No reports will be accepted by mail or in paper form.
When a report is ready to be completed, you will receive an automatic email from the portal with details on how to complete the report.
