3rd transnational call for proposals 2024 of the European Clean Energy Transition Partnership | ANR 3rd transnational call for proposals 2024 of the European Clean Energy Transition Partnership The CETPartnership Joint Call 2024 is the third annual call under the CETPartnership, co-funded by the European Commission as part of the Horizon Europe Partnership scheme.
For France, the ANR participates in funding this call with ADEME and the Pays de la Loire Region. The Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETPartnership) is a transnational initiative on joint Research, Technological Development, and Innovation (RTDI) programming to boost and accelerate the energy transition, building upon regional and national RTDI funding programs (national agencies, regions…).
The third CETP Call will be structured into 11 thematic call modules, arising from 7 Transition Initiatives (TRI) related to the major challenges to favor the clean energy transition. As the table below indicates, ANR, ADEME, and the Pays de Loire Region will fund some of these call modules. The French and Loire applicants will only be financed in the call modules where ANR, ADEME et Pays de Loire Region are positioned.

A project consortium must be built of at least three independent legal entities (i.e. at least one Coordinator and two other Beneficiary Partners) applying and deemed eligible for funding by relevant national/regional Funding Organisations from at least three different countries participating in the Call. Of these three entities, at least two must be from EU Member States or HE Associated Countries.
Partners of the selected proposals will be funded directly by their respective national or regional agencies. As a result, national/regional regulations apply in addition to call rules . ANR will only fund French teams.

All project proposals must be submitted through the CETPartnership Application Portal respecting requested format and terms, available online on the CETP website. No project proposal will be accepted after the submission deadline. Only pre-proposals selected after the first evaluation step will be allowed to submit a full proposal.
