The program is intended to help Transportation Network Companies provide eligible drivers with financial incentives for operating an electric vehicle on an eligible Transportation Network Companies platform as defined by the Public Utilities Commission. A per-ride fee paid by anyone who uses a prearranged transportation ride in the state supports the Clean Fleet Transportation Network Companies Grant Program. ## [](https://cdphe.
