Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Grant Program is sponsored by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (administered by state boating programs). The CVA Grant Program provides funding to construct, renovate, operate, and maintain sewage disposal systems for recreational boaters.
This includes stationary and portable pumpouts, portable toilet dump stations, floating restrooms, and pumpout boats, as well as pier or dock modifications necessary for these systems. Small businesses operating marinas or other recreational boating facilities are eligible.
